This app lets website visitors upload an image and create custom T-shirt designs. They can submit the form, and you get an email via Smart Forms. Perfect for print-on-demand services, ecommerce stores, or merchandise platforms.

Customization

Our example has four T-shirt color options but the app is not limited to T-shirts - it's also great for different articles of clothing, mugs, posters or other merchandise.

To change the base models simply replace the images in the design with your own photos. The position of the user-submitted image overlay uses basic CSS positioning and can be easily adjusted to fit different models.

Limitations

This app only submits the order as an email with Smart Forms, without payment processing or third-party integrations. After receiving the order email, you should send a payment form to the customer and, upon completion, manually process the design or forward it to a print-on-demand provider.

Get started

Download the .bsdesign file from the button above, and open it in Bootstrap Studio to customize colors, layouts, and content with our visual editor. You will then need to select the form and setup the Smart Forms recipient.
