I just bought this software 1 hour ago, I like it but I am facing a problem with paragraphs. How can I shift+enter in a paragraph like in word you can??

You can't. You're not using a word processor which is what Word is. You're in a web design program and they don't work exactly like word processors do. There are a lot of similarities though such as many of the key bindings will be the same, but not all.
It's called a "line break" and it's been covered many times in here, just search for "line break" and you should find a handful of posts that already explain how to do it.
