Order from Javascripts should be necessarily changeable! It comes sometimes to javascripts conflict. It can only be solved with order's changing or with scriptname's changing. I do it with scriptname, but I thing it is not the best solution. Cool software. Keep it up! ?

You can change the order of both JS and CSS files. In the Design Panel right click on "Javascript" and select the "Include Order" option. It'll open up a dialog where you can reorder the scripts as you like (except jQuery and Bootstrap - they are included before all other scripts). Check out this tutorial.
