Hello I'm a student and my project group wanted to use Bootstrap Studio. But now we have stumbled on a problem, a project member wanted to email me a bsdesign file, but I can't seem to open it.
I have no idea how to fix this,

I had the same problem today. it looks like the file is protected. I can't copy the design on a USB flash drive or even send it to me by protonmail.
the only outcome that worked was to compress the file (in tar.gz) and send it to me via gmail.

ok for me , it was just a rw user-root prob on usb folder, sorry
