Bootstrapstudio does not start

When I try to start BSS.io the following message appears:

Bootstrapstudio.exe - Application Error (0xc00000005) ... and so on ... click okay ...

What I did so far:

  • Reinstalling the Software two times, at least on a other device
  • Setting in McAffee Bootstrapstudio.exe to exceptions
  • scanning the computer for virues and other failures

Why this happens and what is the solution?

Other applications doing well.

Contact support. They would be the ones that would help with software or purchasing issues, the forums are mostly users helping other users learn how to use the software or working out code issues.
