I want it to have ability to add ui kit and save them as blocks for future use in other projects
The uikit is a completely different framework (https://getuikit.com/). This app is built for the Bootstrap framework, hence the name of it.
What it seems your really requesting is that they build another app that is something along the lines UI Kit Studios. That's an entirely different request I'd think.
